Sworn in Ceremony – Experienced Police Officers – Royal Turks and Caicos Island Police

The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force welcome the addition of seven new police officers. The officers- Thona Gillings, Andreen Smallwood, Teran Spence, Romario Gayle, Nicora James Jason Crossman

The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force welcome the addition of seven new police officers.

The officers- Thona Gillings, Andreen Smallwood, Teran Spence, Romario Gayle, Nicora James

Jason Crossman and Tenesha Stewart took their oaths yesterday morning (December 19th). They have been tasked with protecting and serving the citizens and visitors of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The officers’ collective policing experience is 72 years, having worked at the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

Commissioner of Police Trevor Botting in administering the oath to officers, called on them to adhere to the principles of policing and maintain their integrity at all times. 

 We are delighted to have these experienced Officers join the RTCIPF, your combined wealth of knowledge will assist in augmenting the various units within the RTCIPF. I am thankful you have decided to pick up the mantle and come forward to serve the beautiful by nature TCI.

“I’m confident that each of you will bring valuable insight, experience and skills to our organization that will assist us in delivering on our priorities to protect and serve. I wish you all the very best during your service to the Turks and Caicos Islands”.

The officers are currently completing orientation and introduction sessions through the RTCIPF Human Resources and Training Unit. 

Present at today’s ceremony were: Sgt Tashauna Wilson and Sgt Kevin Clark.
