New Police Commissioner Pledges Modernization for Turks and Caicos Force
In a solemn ceremony on Monday, April 22, Edvin Martin assumed his role as the new Commissioner of Police, expressing profound awareness of the weight of responsibility accompanying his appointment to lead the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPF).
