Gino Gerbex and Chunco Jestan Seymour

Officers from the Serious Crime Unit of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force have pressed charges against GINO GERBEX and CHUNCO JESTAN SEYMOUR for firearm-related crimes.

Mr. GERBEX, aged 32 and a resident of Providenciales, was apprehended at Providenciales International Airport on February 16th, 2024. He faces charges of conspiracy to supply firearms and ammunition. Following a court appearance on February 20th, Mr. GERBEX was remanded in custody pending a sufficiency hearing scheduled for April 10th, 2024.

Similarly, Mr. SEYMOUR, aged 42 and also from Providenciales, has been charged with conspiracy to supply firearms and ammunition. He appeared before the Supreme Court on February 27th, where conditional bail was granted until his sufficiency hearing on April 10th, 2024.
