Reliable sources told The SUN that Neely has already been charged, while Williams, who was out of the country at the time of writing this report, is expected to be formally charged as early as Monday, March 17, 2025.
Williams faces an immigration offence and a corruption offence under the Integrity Commissioner Ordinance, while Neely’s offence is against the Public Procurement Ordinance.
