13th WCGFT Awards $70,000 To Youth-Oriented Organizations In Turks & Caicos Islands

The beneficiaries of this generous contribution include the Edward Gartland Youth Centre, the TCI Amateur Athletic Association (TCIAAA), and the TCI Swimming Federation (TCISF). Each organization plays a pivotal role in shaping the lives of young individuals across the islands.

The Edward Gartland Youth Centre, renowned for its commitment to providing a nurturing environment for the youth of Providenciales, offers a diverse range of activities encompassing academic support, sports, arts, and recreation. The substantial donation of $35,000 to this non-profit organization will undoubtedly bolster its efforts in empowering the island’s youth.

Meanwhile, the TCIAAA and TCISF recently represented the Turks & Caicos Islands with pride in the prestigious CARIFTA Games held in Grenada.
