UK Reconnaissance Team Assesses Security Measures at HMP Grand Turk for High-Risk Irregular Migrants

Members of the UK Reconnaisance team from the Ministry of Defence and Border Force leadership were present in Grand Turk to assess the operational needs across our islands in addressing the challenges posed by migrant landings and organized crime. During their visit to HMP Grand Turk, they examined the secure detention facilities within the prison compound designed for irregular migrants identified as high-risk individuals.
