As part of the opening of the Legal Year, Chief Justice Mabel Agyemang gave her annual report, while former Lord Chief Justice of Northern IrelanSir Declan Morgan PC delivered the Annual Sir Richard Ground QC OBE Memorial Lecture, on the work of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council with particular reference to the Turks and Caicos Islands and the wider Caribbean.
